Note: One should not make too much of the “geographical code.” It is not meant to be any kind of useable geographical information. The numbering scheme was designed in 1936 (before computers) to make it easier for SSA to store the applications in our files in Baltimore since the files were organized by regions as well as alphabetically. It was really just a bookkeeping device for our own internal use and was never intended to be anything more than that.

I believe the 1200 National Guard was sent to free up law enforcement. The exact same plan used by the Bush Administration.
As far as the TARP program I believe the repayment has exceeded the money that is still outstanding.
As far as Guantanamo I doubt that it will be closed and you can thank the Republicans in Congress filing amendment after amendment blocking any attempt for closure.

I believe Healthcare Reform falls under the Commerce Clause. But of course Im only a Constitutional Scholar so you probably know best. There is no provision within the Bill that places people in prison. And your so called expanding of Presidential Powers I believe the Healthcare Reform Bill is produced ny the House.
So now you wish for him to expand his Presidential Powers for Immigration Reform I thought that was Unconstitutional.
@ImWilson1 The 3000 National Guard troops he said he would deploy to deal with the drug cartels are know to be seen. He allowed for the approval and passage of a flawed unregulated fancial bailout that gave Wallstreet money that didn’t need or deserve. He has not closed Quantanimo Bay and the prisoners arrested there still have not recieved a trial. Those are just some the things that are on the list.
@ImWilson1 Where do I being? First there is the healthcare reform. It is not healthcare reform but mandated health care. It makes it a crime not to have health insurance and essientally puts people in prison for not having health insurance. There is the fact he grossly expanding and using presidental powers which never meant to exist in the first place. He done nothing for immigration reform or to deal with the drug cartels that have taken over US land.
There are plenty of people who’s SSN do not match their State that they live in and work in.
